CLS 6500

This load cell has been specially designed for use in silos. Its support, specifically designed to anchor on the lower side of the silo leg, allows for installation with a minimum displacement of 10mm. This eliminates the need to significantly lift the silo leg, making installation easier in existing silos.

The system's accuracy varies depending on the number of installed cells. In complete installations with cells on all legs, an accuracy of 0.1% can be achieved, making it ideal for applications that require high precision in weight monitoring. However, if only basic load level monitoring is needed, it is not necessary to install cells on all legs. For example, in a four-legged silo, installing a single cell allows for an accuracy of 5%, providing sufficient measurement for load level monitoring.
