BCD

In Dinacell we have developed the BCD clips, that allow the measurement of electrical continuity for the detection of broken belts. In order to measure the electrical continuity of these belts, two different models of clips are required.

These connectors are identified by a letter A and a letter B on the side of the connector, and they are custom-made based on the belts used by the elevator.

The WBD-602 electronic device is part of a broken belt detection system for elevator traction belts. This system is composed of a WBD602 device and the connectors installed at the remaining ends of elevator belts.

These devices get one relay which should be connected to the control unit of the levator. If a broken belt is detected, the relay will change its state.
